Exhibition transportation

With Stagetruck’s reputation in time sensitive, specialists movements we are asked to move some of the biggest exhibitions in Europe too.

Using our knowledge and experience we can assist with timeframes and planning to ensure your equipment arrives on site, on time. Our drivers are trained in the handling of specialist equipment such as yours. They know the hours that go in to preparing a stand and ensure the equipment arrives on site as it left the shop and you can get on with building rather than repairing.

ATA Carnets

ATA Carnets are internal customs documents which allow the transportation of professional equipment to countries which are part of the ATA Carnet system. Effectively this ‘passport for goods’ allows Stagetruck to transport your music, conference or exhibition equipment to over 40 countries. Our bond with the Chamber of Commerce allows to raise carnets on behalf our customers.

Over our years of experience we have developed a simple to use manifest template and pricing structure to give you an accurate costing for your international freight documents. All our drivers are trained to handle these carnets to ensure there are no problems at borders, wherever that may be.
